How about creating a bag that allows cooking, storing and freezing?
In 2004, we released the innovative multi-purpose bag that enabled steam cooking in the microwave, the safe storage of food and the swift freezing of food.
The Multibag had two other patented features: a removable tape that would allow closing the bag in a safe and practical way and micro-perforations that would allow steam cooking and keeping the original food flavours and properties.
Despite versatility, represented by the 3-in-1 concept, this product was not widely accepted in Portugal at the time of its release. However, it was very successful in the United Kingdom to where we have been exporting for a large-scale supermarket chain.
Health eating has driven consumers to cook food differently for the last years. Traditional gastronomy and preparation methods have evolved in a funny, tasty, quick and easy-to-apply way, a field where this bag fits. Maybe it’s time for a comeback!
